At Morisset Evenements not many activities require the use of electricity.
Availability of required space
It is important that the customer sees that the required space is available from the arrival of the Morisset Evenements team and until the equipment is withdrawn from the site by the Producer..
When the services of a public entertainer or an artist have been reserved, you must put at his disposal a
secure and clean place for him to prepare.

It is possible for the customer to provide their staff for the operation of certain games.
Winter games
Several outdoor activities are available in winter. Do not hesitate to ask for an activity program tailored to
your event.
Bad weathers
Most of the offered activities can reside in the rain. They will be able to be reopened shortly after the rain.
Surface of installation
Most of the Morisset Evenements activities can be to install on turf, asphalt, concrete or the gravel. Contact us for more information.
Site security
The places where activities will be held will have to be secure for everyone. When equipment has to be left on site for the night, the tenant will have to provide proper surveillance at all time.
The persons provided for operation or surveillance of the equipment have to be at least 16 years old (18
years old in certain cases) and have receive a proper training before becoming responsible for an activity.
Sponsors
The customer will be allowed to link items provided by the producer to a sponsor as long as it does not damage the equipment. However, the customerit will not be allowed to hide the name of Morisset Evenements on already identified items.
Insurance responsibility of the customer
The customer must make sure to have an insurance protecting it against damage of ownership and of persons during the activities and during the period of tenancy of decors.
Morisset Evenements has a 2 million$ responsability insurance.
